The worst part is, because I didn't have the laptop working when I needed it, for a presentation to a potential investor, I was unable to present the prototype for a software I was developing. When I got it back, the device still displayed the same frame which degraded the image. Later I came back to Portugal for good. Digital outputs still aren't standard for business-class notebooks, but that will change soon.

I got back to Portugal once more for assistance, me and the laptop had taken one ffujitsu trip to get it to maintenance. I once again contacted FSC and took the device to repair.

It was a wasted trip. The part never got in time, taking longer than one month. That was 6 months and ago. Windows OS and Software.

HP w is lacking a DVI port as well. Is there someone that could advise me? That person gave me information indicating that is making everything possible to help resolve the issue.

Seems they just wanted to buy time or make me drop the lawsuit. I delivered the laptop once more to get it fixed.

The only thing that the computer actually had "higher" than mine, was the screen resolution. And you could ask in the HP section of this forum as well.

When I received the device, with a new screen, the back of the screen was scratched and the new screen had no quality: I'm looking for a Which, in my case, was actually not an improvement.
